Welcome to the Tampa Bay Comic Con exhibitor page! You can pay for your Tampa Bay Comic Con booth her via Paypal or credit card, as well as utilize the option to pay via check/money order by sending in your payment with the above exhibitor application attachments
(RTF and PDF).

Exhibitor booths are 10' x 10' units and include one six-foot table,
two chairs and two convention passes.

Exhibitor booths shall be reserved on a first-come,
first-served basis.

Non-corner 10' x 10' booths (includes one 6' skirted table, two chairs, one waste basket and one identification sign):

Artist Alley table (includes one 6' skirted table, two chairs and two convention passes); limited to one table per exhibitor. These tables are for independently published/created material only. Any purchasers of an artist alley table selling non-creator owned or self-published material shall forfeit their table to the promoter:

By purchasing one or more exhibitor/dealers tables for the Tampa Bay Comic Con, you agree to the following: HOLD HARMLESS: By agreeing to exhibit at this Action3 Events & Promotions, LLC event, Tampa Bay Comic Con, exhibitor hereby expressly contracts, promises, agrees, and covenants to indemnify, defend, hold harmless, protect, keep, and save Action3 Events & Promotions, LLC d/b/a Tampa Bay Comic Con, its owners, its assigns, its successors in interest, its venue, and/or any employee or volunteer of Action3 Events & Promotions, LLC d/b/a Tampa Bay Comic Con, forever harmless, free, and without liability of any kind from and/or for any and all damages, loss, theft, costs, court costs, attorney’s fees, liability, act of God, terrorism or any other expenses that may arise from exhibitor's exhibiting at this event, including but not limited to full set-up, load-in, load-out, breakdown, run, and exit of the event, as well as retailing, advertising, marketing, employment practices, or any other civil or criminal claims.
